Endeavor XF 80A The Endeavor XF spotting scope boasts excellent optical viewing for nature enthusiasts and hunters. It features a rubber armored magnesium body and is waterproof submersible, nitrogen filled and fog proof. The lenses are all fully multi-coated to ensure optimum light transmission and feature a phase-coated BAK4 roof prism. The Endeavor XF 60A comes with a 60mm objective lens and angled eyepiece with 15-45x zoom magnification. It features an extendable rubber covered eyecup and boasts impressive eye relief even at the highest zoom settings. It also provides a very impressive field of view. A built-in sunshield is included to eliminate glare in direct sunlight and it includes a padded raincoat with sling for carry and protection. Endeavor XF is equipped with a large smooth focusing wheel for quick focusing adjustments. These new EDG VR Fieldscope models are the world's first*1 Fieldscopes to incorporate a lens-shift type VR function. The vibration reduction algorithm, based on Nikon's sophisticated VR mechanism used in NIKKOR VR lenses, has been optimised for these scopes. The VR function accurately compensates for external vibrations caused by wind and operations such as focusing, panning and tilting. It makes composition easy by reducing vibrations to approximately 1/8*² of the image blur caused by vibrations during normal observation. This also enhances focusing accuracy even when manual focus is used during super-telephoto digiscoping. The system provides an effect equivalent to a shutter speed approximately two stops*² faster and is especially effective when digiscoping in bad conditions such as windy weather. The PROSTAFF 5 Fieldscopes are entry models of Nikon Fieldscopes and successors of the Spotting Scope RA III series. The PROSTAFF 5 Fieldscope main bodies are about 20% lighter than the current RA III spotting scopes.The newly developed zoom eyepiece lens minimises colour aberration at the edge of the field of view, and offers long eye relief for viewing comfort. Three types of eyepiece lenses with digiscoping compatibility which connect to a wide variety of COOLPIX-series compact digital cameras, by using the FSB-series Digital Camera Bracket. Lightweight main body reduced by about 20% compared to the current model.- Minimized colour aberration at the edge of the field of view and long eye relief are achieved with the newly developed zoom eyepiece lens.
